CJ absolutely made the sale of my family home happen. It was an odd property with challenging extra buildings yet CJ was able to present the property so that buyers came and viewed it and made offers! All during some very strict Covid-19 restrictions on Real Estate agents.He worked with buyer's agents to get their questions answered and mine as well. I wasn't always available yet he found ways to keep me updated and have documents ready to sign electronically to keep the process moving. When we had difficult negotiations happening, he helped all involved stay the course and worked with me to find options that brought Purchase and Sales Agreements. For different reasons, contracts were broken by some buyers, yet he didn't lose a step and had new buyers touring the property within the next week! I have recommended him and his company to others looking for realtors. I will continue to do so. I only wish that I had found him and retained him for the sale of this property much earlier. I had poor experiences with others.
