I cannot say enough great things about Brooks. My husband and I are first time home buyers and he was so thorough and knowledgeable during the entire experience and afterwards. Always patient and understanding and providing answers we didn't even know we had questions to. Summarizing my experience into words with Brooks is nearly impossible because he was beyond what we thought we could have or expect. He knows so much about the DFW area - it was like speaking to a local guide which we found to be monumental when making a decision to buy a home and choosing location. This was my first time buying a home. Although I used to be a mortgage originator and knew what to expect, being the one to go through the process was an entirely different experience.
