It's so much more than just touring houses and handling the closing- she gave us a true education in how to craft the perfect, most enticing offer your can muster, showed us all of the little things we needed to get our old home prepped and ready for sale and so much more. But again, it's more than just the mechanics of real estate transactions- Brooke has so many connections to local tradespeople, township officials, mortgage lenders and more, it's enough to make your head spin.
