I have been surrounded by real estate my whole life . It is not only a career for me, but it is also my hobby. I graduated on May 5, 2018 magna cum laude from the University of Alabama with a bachelors degree in finance and a specialization in real estate. I obtained my real estate license in September of 2018. While attending the University of Alabama, I was president of Culverhouse Real Estate Club. It’s hard to say because I seem to form great relationships with all of my clients. One transaction I am very fond of was the listing I had where 4 agents had it before me about a year ago. I had the property listed for less that 3 month and I was also dual agent on the transaction. I grew up around real estate my whole life. My family owns the brokerage I am with. My family is involved in real estate development as well as owning rentals. I not only know what it is like to work with buyers and sellers, I also know what it is like to own property myself. I planned to be a dentist originally in college and changed to be a finance major specializing in real estate after my first semester. I was president of the real estate club at the University of Alabama my senior year. I got my real estate license in Louisiana shortly after graduating college and here I am.
I specialized in real estate in college, I completed a real estate appraisal course, a real estate finance course, and a real estate law course. I am also working towards my CCIM designation.
