Brooke Daniel

After graduating from Abilene Christian University in 2004 with a BS in Exercise Science, Brooke taught in the Dallas area until moving to Austin in 2011 where she's firmly planted her roots in the real estate industry. Brooke has been practicing real estate in Austin since 2012 and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS(R) , Texas Association of REALTORS(R), Austin Board of REALTORS(R) and Multiple Listing Service, Fort Hood Area Association of REALTORS(R) and the Central Texas Multiple Listing Service. She has obtained her Graduate REALTOR(R) Institute designation, Master Certified Negotiation Expert Designation which is held by less than 1% of all REALTORS(R), Accredited Staging Professional designation, Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation, and Seller Representative Specialist designation. Brooke obtained her Broker certification in 2016 and soon after started her own company, Hippo Realty, LLC. She was awarded the Five Star Professional Award in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 for excellence and the HomeLight Achievements: Top Producer Award in 2021! She is also involved in community organizations such as the Hutto Chamber of Commerce, has served on the board of various condominium HOA's, and is a member of a local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). Brooke specializes in serving clients who are looking to buy or sell property in Austin and its surrounding areas. She has a comprehensive understanding of the market and is skillful in strategic pricing and marketing.
