    About Brooke Daniel

    After graduating from Abilene Christian University in 2004 with a BS in Exercise Science, Brooke taught in the Dallas area until moving to Austin in 2011 where she's firmly planted her roots in the real estate industry. Brooke has been practicing real estate in Austin since 2012 and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® , Texas Association of REALTORS®, Austin Board of REALTORS® and Multiple Listing Service, Fort Hood Area Association of REALTORS® and the Central Texas Multiple Listing Service. She has obtained her Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation, Master Certified Negotiation Expert Designation which is held by less than 1% of all REALTORS®, Accredited Staging Professional designation, Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation, and Seller Representative Specialist designation. Brooke obtained her Broker certification in 2016 and soon after started her own company, Hippo Realty, LLC.     Brooke and Jacqueline sold my home and I couldn't be any happier with the service I received from Hippo Realty. I was unsure if my home would get sold at a good price but Brooke made it happen with the assistance of Jacqueline. They are very open to communication and will be very responsive to questions, I had a lot! We hit a rough patch with the buyer's lender and through all the stress the other party brought us Brooke and Jacqueline were there to reassure me the sale would occur. I'll be returning to them for my next home purchase!
