BROOKE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I SHOWED HER THRU MY MOMS HOME ON PAVILION PKWY IN MIDLAND. ( I WAS SLIGHTLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SALE DUE TO THE REAL ESTATE SALE SIGNS DRIVING TO MY MOMS HOME THAT MORNING TO MEET BROOKE). BUT AFTER SHOWING HER THE HOUSE INSIDE AND OUT. WE SAT DOWN AND DISCUSSED THE SALE AND PRICE. SHE HAD 10 TO 12 DIFFERENT LISTINGS JUST FROM THAT NEIGHBORHOOD PRINTED OUT. WE TALKED ABOUT A GOOD PRICE OF WHAT SHE THOUGHT WE COULD GET OUT OF IT. I TOOK HER RECOMENDATION AND WE WENT FROM THERE. I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD JUST LIKE TO GET A FAIR AND DECENT PRICE FOR IT. THIS WAS ON TUESDAY. HAD AN OFFER ON THAT SATURDAY. WE COUNTERED THE OFFER WHICH WAS TAKEN AND WE WERE DONE. I HAD ALREADY GIVEN HER ALL THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS THAT I HAD AND SHE HAD THOSE SENT TO THE RIGHT PLACES WITH NO HASSLES. I HAVE ANOTHER HOUSE TO SELL (MINE). AND THERE WILL NEVER BE ANY QUESTION OF WHO WILL BE LISTING IT. BROOKE ATKINS.
