Brody was fabulous in helping me sell my home and buy a new one! I couldn't have done it without him! His use of various websites greatly expanded the range of advertisement of my home and found my buyer on the east coast of the country! And, his video of my home, I think, sold the house, since the buyers were able to see exactly what the house looked like and were then enticed to drive to the Tri-State area to see the house in person - and then buy it! When we encountered possible obstacles to the selling and/or buying, Brody was able to find ways to resolve them and move me closer to my goal of selling one house and buying another. Additionally, he got both houses to closing within the time frame I had set when I signed him as my agent! He was able to help me set a reasonable price for my home and, thus, not have to go thru the process of reducing the price time and again. He always had a positive outlook on the situation, was extremely considerate of all involved and was such a resource for services that were needed. Brody explained each step in the process thoroughly and worked to get the best settlement for me in each step of the process from considering signing with him as my agent to the actual closings. He is prompt, straight forward, honest, and professional! I have dealt with other real estate agents but none compare to Brody!
