We loved working with Brittney!! She really went the extra mile to help us find what we?re looking for. She took us to numerous properties (Vacant land) and was able to help us understand the ins and outs of each different one for possible future building potential. She was also able to answer any questions we had an provide any research or documentation needed to make a decision. She also provided any information we needed in a timely manner, we were visiting from out of town and only available for a short time to be able to see as much as possible. She set us up with our own website so that we could continue searching and narrow down what we wanted to see in our free time, and make the most of our time with her. We had been searching on our own for a couple of weeks before connecting with her and never came across many of the properties that she was able send us. In the end, we found exactly what we wanted, at the right price and we never would have known about that particular lot without her assurance. In the midst of a real estate frenzy, properties were going off the market within a day or two. She guided us in making a competitive offer with terms that would set us apart from the other offers coming in. Without Brittney, we would not have been able to put our best foot forward which led our offer to be accepted among the many others that were coming in at the same time. We finally have found our dream property and location, something we have wanted to do for a number of years and we look forward to being able to build or dream summer get away on the Pend Oreille River.
