About Brittany Perez

Brittany Perez is a Licensed REALTOR® with Expect Realty. Her and her family are originally from a small town in central Illinois. They move down to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in May 2014 due to her husband receiving a job offer at Huntington Ingalls. Living on the coast never crossed her mind initially, but after seeing everything the coast has to offer, she wouldn't have it any other way. Her family now happily calls Ocean Springs their home. Brittany has always had a passion for Interior designing and helping others and she quickly realized with all the historical homes and new builds the Gulf Coast has to offer, that the best of both worlds would be in real estate. She has now been working real estate now for a few years, and she is most recognized for having great relationships with her clients and going above and beyond for them. She works with you to make sure that this experience is as quick and enjoyable as possible. Being a wife and a full-time mother, she realizes the daily challenges life sometimes throws at us and the importance of time management.
