I had an incredible experience with Kuschel Realty Group on my first house purchase. Brittany has an obvious passion for real estate and a gift for guiding clients through the process. In my mind, Brittanys strongest attributes are in customer care with emphasis on care. She is thorough, knowledgeable, predictive, and adaptable. She navigated my style of communication while expertly managing our (my and my wifes) expectations in balance with our material and logistical needs as well as our mental and emotional capacity. To elaborate a little further, we started talking to Brittany when we didnt know if or when we needed a realtor and whether she was able to be our realtor. Rather than responding bluntly or making me feel like I had silly questions or didnt have enough info gathered, she instead treated me like an enthusiastic mentor, ready to guide me through the process including any and all questions, regardless of how long and whether shed be walking us through to the end of the process. We quickly found ourselves in a very disappointing predicament with our current housing, forcing us to begin our house shopping with no advance notice, limiting our ability to save and restricting us to a winter-season search. As frustrating as that has been, I actually look back on the experience overall fondly, thanks almost entirely to Brittany. Being Brittanys client was an experience that felt at every step as though we were in good hands. Her process and capability are such that it was as if there was no other possibility than to come out with a best-case scenario. We were walked through every step of the process with Brittany giving attention to all aspects of the buyers experience and responsibilities, revealing a wealth of knowledge while not being overloaded with info or decisions at any point. Her advanced knowledge and attention accommodated for some difficulties and shortcomings on the part of other parties to the transaction. These are just a few notes in attempt to cover the highlights of how I would summarize our first home purchase: I dont know how to recommend the Kuschel Realty Group strongly enough to match the service we got. Under Brittanys charge, they took what was one of the most disappointing circumstances in my adult life and turned it into an overall good experience with the best possible outcome while covering all the gaps and seams the process. Anyone would be lucky to have Brittany as an agent.

I know that all five stars seems a bit much, but Brittany was fantastic throughout the entire process, even though Covid messed things up when we first started out. She had professional photos taken, marketed the house ahead of listing, had a stager available to help make the help look great and constantly checked in with us to see how we were doing. She even gave us the name of her handy man to come do some last minute repair work. The house sold in four days and even though we were feeling a bit nervous about getting any offers, she was quite confident that, not only would we get an offer, but that we would get several and she was completely correct. We sold for about 5% over asking. She was an absolute dream to work with and would highly recommend her.
