As a third generation Realtor real estate is in my blood. While in college I knew I wanted to get my real estate license and continue the family tradition. I graduated with honors from University of South Carolina - Aiken with a degree in Early Childhood Education. As much as I love helping children learn I knew my passion was helping people find their forever home. Seeing how happy clients are when they find the perfect home makes my job so exciting. Absolutely amazing- if you need a realtor, use Brittany! She helped us with owning our new home and selling a lot. Brittany showed us a property within a few days of reaching out and showing interest. She answered all of our questions and offered valuable guidance throughout the closing. She was also very flexible and made the process to owning our new home easy. Our lot was previously listed elsewhere for a year with little interest. We were also told that we made a bad investment and needed to take a significant loss in order to get any money back. Within a few days of Brittany listing our lot, we had a lot of interest and it was under contract in about a week after the listing. Brittany is an amazing realtor and person, if you have the opportunity to work with her I would highly recommend it.
