Brittany was very knowledgeable about the market, she identified an ideal investor to purchase my grandmother?s home. She worked tirelessly to make sure that this deal closed. We were very impressed with her knowledge, her tenacity and her willingness to go the extra mile for us. This was an out-of-state sale and the circumstances surrounding the sale were very complicated. Since I found out I was an heir to my grandmother home that had been abandoned for over 20 years. She took pictures and toured the condition of the property. Her expertise in the marketplace was invaluable. Brittany demonstrated that by lining up potential investors, identifying an attorney and ensuring we were best represented. She was attentive to details, all of my many questions, calls and emails. Our family could not have done this without her. She was friendly, kind and very understanding.
