Britica was on top of the whole home buying process! From the Mortgage lender to the title company, she stayed on top of everything. She would even double check her own answers to ensure everything ran smoothly and was checked off the list! No questions were ever too big or too small. She was also exceedingly helpful in finding out the little things that add up at the end, like the utilities and finding people to take care of the things we needed to have done to the home.
