We can't say enough good things about working with Cindy from the Purdy Wilkening team.. From the very beginning, she was everything we didnt know we needed in a realtor. We inherited a property over 1,000 miles away and had no idea where to even begin. As first-time home sellers who never lived in the home, we felt completely overwhelmed until we found Cindy. She took care of everything. From coordinating clean-up and repairs to handling every detail of the listing and sale, Cindy went above and beyond. One unforgettable moment: we got a call Easter weekend that a pipe had burst and there were four inches of water in the basement. Being 1,000 miles away what were we supposed to do? Cindy immediately got a team together to stop the leak, dry out the space, and take care of all the necessary repairs. What could have been a disaster turned into a smooth recovery, all because of her fast thinking and care. Cindy communicated with us regularly, keeping us informed every step of the way. Her updates gave us so much peace of mind through a process that could have otherwise been incredibly stressful. Thanks to her hard work, the house was only on the market for a week before we accepted a great offer. Cindys professionalism, compassion, and dedication made all the difference. We are so grateful for everything she did and highly recommend working with her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if you need someone you can trust to handle it all.

Just purchased our first home and Brit helped out so much on finding the perfect place. She was very knowledgeable on the areas we were looking at buying a house in. Any questions we had she had the answers and if not she found them very quickly. Brit worked around my busy schedual. Always sent me new houses on the market that fit my criteria. I highly recommend having Brit help you find your dream home like she did for us, or have her help you sell. She did a great job!
