Brian Wellikson

Brian was a fantastic partner on a long adventure as I looked for my first home in Marin County. Houses are scarce in this area and it can be really difficult to find something you like within your budget. This meant that it took us almost 2 years to get an offer accepted - after many frustrating close calls. Many of these properties had serious issues that had to be investigated very quickly, and I couldn't have done that work without Brian's help. He was a steady, patient hand who had a wide ranging knowledge of issues related to both real estate and the critical conditions of the homes I was seeing. When he didn't know something he often had a couple of contacts at the ready to ensure we stayed competitive in the process. Even though the process took a very long time and required consistent effort on his part, Brian was always patient and wanted to make sure I got the house that was right for me. When we finally did secure a house it was possible because Brian was proactive in staying in close touch with the agent, putting us first in line when an offer fell through. Brian is well-rounded and thorough and looks after his buyers best interests - making sure they wind up in the right spot.

We had an excellent experience with Brian. We had specific criteria when looking for our future home and Brian was helpful in narrowing our search and found us many properties that suited our interests. He got along well with the agents we interacted with and worked diligently to help us negotiate a buyers credit while we were in contract. I have worked with numerous real estate agents in the past and I can honestly say Brian's ability to aggressively close the deal along with his easy going nature are excellent qualities and rare to see together in his line of work.
