Brian Waite

I am Brian Waite, a 15 year resident of Southwest Michigan. Born and raised in a small farming town in Iowa, I quickly learned the value of hard work. I took my first "real" job at the age of 14, de-tasseling corn for two summers. Throughout high school and college, I was employed by a mid-west grocery store chain. This gave me the opportunity to work in several departments within the chain and ultimately develop my work ethic and gain knowledge of problem solving and people skills. I graduated from college with a degree in computer programming and worked for a financial group in Des Moines for 6 years before choosing to go out on my own and do contract work, which ultimately brought me to southwest Michigan. That is where I found Anytime Fitness, a 24 hour fitness club. Over the course of 5 years, I opened four clubs and really enjoyed that time in my life. I now own just 1 fitness club and am ready to dive into something I've wanted to do for a while now. . .start a real estate career! It's a "New Season" in my life and I am excited to put my skills and enthusiasm to work for YOU!
