Brian was flexible with his schedule and quick to go see available houses, and would pre-walk the property to be fully prepared during a virtual walk-through to talk us through everything he noticed while also being attentive to questions we had as well. Using a combination of virtual video calls, pictures, and recorded videos, we felt like we were 100% equipped with all information we needed to make decisions for each property we viewed. Brian has a keen eye for design and quality, and provided several useful insights during all of our showings to help us see each property in new and different ways that were helpful for making decisions. Brian was an advocate for us during the bidding and negotiation process, and ultimately walked us all the way to final walk through and closing.
