He didn't try to push his own agenda and he was mindful of our specific needs. I truly believe that he worked as our advocate throughout negotiations and the due diligence process. I appreciated Brian's ultra-responsiveness to texts, calls and emails throughout the process and never once did I feel like I was "left hanging." Brian even managed to help win over our change-adverse eight year old daughter and get her excited for the big move! ;) I would 100% recommend realtor Brian Taylor!!

ZillowVERIFIEDI was referred to Brian by a New Home builder, to sell my current property and to assist on purchasing a new home. The one thing I really liked about Brian, was the communication. Every time I called or texted him, I would get a reply back promptly. I've even texted / called him past the traditional 9-5pm working hours. My line of work is in sales and I know how customer service is extremely important. Brian consistently updated me with properties that went on the market in my neighborhood. He presented offers and walked me through each offer, and never did I feel any pressure to sell my house for what I didn't think it was worth. Brian showed up to both of my closings, and even assisted me during the walkthrough of my new home. In my opinion, he is very trustworthy and never led me to think otherwise. Now that the sales are complete, I also enjoy getting his emails / videos teaching me more about the current market situations. There are tons of realtors out there, choose one that is knowledgeable trustworthy, and passionate about their work. Brian is a great example of all those.
