Brian Stephens has been a licensed Realtor in Polk County for over 24+ years. Growing up in a builders family, he has been around the real estate business all his life. He enjoys serving his clients with Honesty and Integrity and counts it a blessing to help others whether they are buying or selling their home. He is a partner in the Rhoads Stephens Real Estate Group with Keller Williams Realty of Lakeland. Brian graduated from Polk Community College in 1985 with an A.S. degree and he graduated in 1991 from Florida Southern College with a degree in Marketing Management. He and his wife Jean, have 3 children, Rachel, Andrew & Matthew. I love helping people with their real estate needs!

Brian is a true professional that helped set our home within 1 week during a difficult period to sell homes. His whole team did an outstanding job including pictures and videos of our home resulting in a full price offer. I'm not under any illusions that this will happen every time but he truly has a professional team working with him. I highly recommend Brian and his team.
