Brian Schaefer

To Brian, Colorado Springs is home and always will be. He was born here, attended high school here, and graduated from UCCS. Brian has a long sales background and loves negotiating on behalf of his clients in order to get them the most money for their home or the best deal on their new purchase. In addition to knowing how to sell, he cares about his clients and is dedicated to protecting them and making sure they stay informed throughout the process. Brian is familiar and comfortable with military families, and is proud of his brother's three tours to Iraq and his father-in-law's service in the Army. When not working, Brian loves spending time with his family Jen, Cruz & Camila.
