I decided to move to Florida after my husband passed away as I needed to be close to friends and doctors. Brian was able to assist me find the right 55 plus community that I could afford. Brian knew the people at the sales office for the community where I did buy. Brian assisted me with the first inspection and was able to help me find things that needed to be taken care of before closing. Brian also assisted me at closing to make sure that I understood the paperwork that I was signing for my mortgage. I chose Brian as he had assisted my friends in finding them the right community. Brian has a sense of humor, but also is very knowledgeable with the area, the workings of the buying and selling. He does get to know the person/persons he is working for; what they are looking for in a piece of property, their price range. If I had questions, I could email, call or stop at the office and Brian would always respond back in a timely matter. I would highly recommend Brian and his team as they are very knowledgeable, professional and are very client oriented. Thank you for all your assistance with buying my house.
