?Colleen was truly the most incredible realtor I have ever had in my life. At first I had a different agent and wasn't even getting traffic, let alone offers. Switched to Colleen and all of a sudden, we had showing after showing and soon a real offer. Her marketing is INSANE. She made it so appealing, I wanted to buy my own house. Though all of this was wonderful, the things that made me feel the most secure with having Colleen as my agent, were the following: I never had to reach out to get an update; she was bursting with new ideas about how to generate showings, and though my condo was small and inexpensive, she treated me like I was selling a million dollar property. I had noticed that agents treated me differently based upon how much commission they stood to make. When I sold my $850,000 property, my agent was in touch most days but when I was selling $400,000 or $200,000 properties, they didn't spare as much attention. I was really shocked to receive the royal treatment because this was my lowest selling property yet. Colleen seemed to be driven internally-- as if the property's value was secondary to her desire to come up with creative ways to do her job. It was a real pleasure. I loved meeting Colleen and working with her to move onto my next phase of life. THANK YOU COLLEEN for making this such a great experience.
