She knows the area and more important she knows how to get the job done. From the time I told her I wanted to sell my place it only took two weeks to sign the paperwork, have professional photos taken and have the property listed. Within four days the buyers had looked at it twice and then made an offer. Being a cash buyer, I closed on the sale five weeks later. Colleen's expertise helped keep the closing on tract where with a less experienced realtor the deal could have easily fallen apart. I would not hesitate to use Colleen in the future.
