We sold 209 homes in 2016, and will surpass that in 2017. We have worked with clients with all budgets, timeframes, and wish lists. We frequently work with buyers and sellers that are not in the area, and are able to facilitate the transaction, involving them in every step.
We recently had a home that had been listed for sale for 2 years with several agents. We listed the house, with our marketing, were able to sell the house within 2 weeks. To experience the client's joy and relief was immeasurable, and although that is not the only story like that--they are some of our favorites.
Brian started Real Estate after retiring from the Navy in 2007. Sharon and Brian met, married in 2012, and she joined Brian January 2013. Their business and reputation grew, and started a team in 2014.
Being retired military, Brian knows what it is like for military sellers and buyers and is an expert with all that goes with a military relocation. Sharon worked for 23 years as a Registered Nurse.
