Brian and I have closed many deals over time and he is my go to for all my Real estate needs. His knowledge of the markets indicates that he is truly a leader in his field. Wether we do a deal or not he is always in my corner, available when I need his insight and quick to come back with the necessary information to help me decide my next move. Brian was top notch! Relocating from Texas and not knowing the area well, Brian was very helpful to inform me about the various areas/development/schools. Brian Lichrenthal is amazing! I have never worked with a realtor like him. He always goes above and beyond. He sold my mother in laws home, our home and just helped my son and his fiance purchase their first home. Its not easy these days to find a home especially the way the market is today.
