We sold a house and purchased a new house with Brian, and we will continue to use him and recommend him in the future. Selling and buying can be hectic, but we had the best possible outcome. He found us our new home before we had to pay a double mortgage. We purchased our new home for under asking. We sold our old house for well over asking. He gave great advice and made sure we knew all of our options. He was communicative and honest. Brian worked tirelessly to make sure he met our needs. Hes been in the business for a long time and it shows, we couldnt recommend him more. His transaction coordinator, Roxanne was very helpful as well!
