Brian did a great job on a long distance purchase for me. I bought a home in Alabama while living in Northern Virginia, and Brian made the entire process easy and pain free. From electronic documents for signature to having my son sit in for me at closing, the entire process was completed with no surprises. Brians help didnt end with the purchase of this home. He also got me in contact with another realtor who sold my NoVa house with the same professionalism demonstrated by Brian. He has continued to check on me and offer assistance as I make the transition to AL, and I have no doubts of his sincerity. I can highly recommend Brian for any real estate need.

I was a first time home buyer, and before I met Brian, I had no idea even how to start to look for a house or an understanding of the buying process. Upon our first meeting, I realized that I had found the right person to help me. He came recommend by the way, and I recommend him as often as I can. He takes his time with you, never a hurried meeting, and gets to know his clients and what they want. Even if you and he end up at a house that's not right for you, he spends time with you there and learns what you don't like about the place so he can find a better fit for you. When you finally find the right one, he helps you through the entire process with just being down to earth and there for you any time you need him. He never once seemed bothered by the oddest question and always could explain when, where, why, and how. Never once did I feel like he wasn't going to help me find what I wanted. One last thing, budget was never a concern; you'll be treated the same if you are looking for a $200,000 home or a $20,000 one. Basically, Brian loves what he does, and he helps people have a home of their own. I can't say or thank him enough for what he has done for me.
