Brian Gipson

Brian is proud to say that he was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. After graduating from McQueen High school he went on to obtain a degree in Business Marketing form UNR. As Brian began to notice the tremendous growth in and around the Reno/Sparks area he saw an excellent opportunity to become a Realtor. Brian began his career in real estate in 2015. Unlike most agents, Brian began his career as a listing agent. Having the opportunity to list so many homes has given Brian excellent skills in negotiating on behalf of both buyers and sellers. He has expert knowledge of the market and keeps up to date on current trends. Brian provides excellent service to each and every client. Brian takes pride in giving his clients the opportunity to maximize profits on a sale and giving his buyers a competitive edge with creative negotiation skills. Brian takes a genuine interest in his clients and works tirelessly to meet their individual needs. Brian feels lucky to share his life with a large family and amazing group of fiends. Brian is a very social and active person. When he is not busy selling houses you can find him enjoying one of the many reasons that he has never left the Reno/Tahoe area. Brian loves the outdoors and spends his free time snowboarding, snowmobiling, fishing, backpacking, golfing and biking. He loves to share his knowledge of the outdoors with his clients, giving them tips on fishing at Pyramid Lake or where to find the best backcountry ski runs!
