About Brian Gilmore

I was born and raised on the out skirts of Mt. Pleasant, NC. I attended college at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC for two years and decided to go serve my country in the U.S. Army Reserves. Upon completion of my training I came home where I finished my college degree and married my wife Rita. We have been married for 27 years with three children and reside in Mt. Pleasant. We enjoy our yearly summer family vacation to the beach and spending time with our good friends. I decided 14 years ago to pursue a second passion of mine as a real estate broker. In 2017 my wife Rita got her real estate license and we opened G2 Real Estate. As a life long resident of Mt. Pleasant, NC and greater Cabarrus County I am fully aware of the current market trends and what it takes to get a great deal on a listing or get top dollar for your current home. When it comes to getting the job done right, you can count on me. The military taught me to pay attention to detail and the pursuit of my college degree taught me dedication. Brian and Rita helped us purchase our first home in 2021 and were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. With their guidance we felt well-informed throughout the process.
