One of the most fulfilling experiences of my career was helping my former student, Shane, find his dream home. Our journey together began when I was assigned to mentor his future wife, Morgan, at our school. Their relationship blossomed, and I was honored to DJ their wedding. As their lives evolved, they purchased their first townhome with my father's guidance. When it was time to upgrade, they turned to me. In just two days, we sold their townhome and found them a new house. It's been incredible to watch their family grow, and they recently celebrated the birth of their second child.

In 2010, I founded Tri-State Posts, a company specializing in for sale sign installation across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The business flourished, expanding to serve over 450 real estate agents. Due to increasing demands on my time, I made the difficult decision to sell the company. With my father already established in real estate, I saw an opportunity to obtain my real estate license in Maryland and Pennsylvania. The ultimate goal was to partner with him and enjoy a more relaxed work-life balance while continuing in the industry.

Working closely with my father as a real estate agent for the past six years has been invaluable. Real-world experience, gained through hands-on training and daily interactions, has significantly enhanced my skills. Regular discussions about his clients and deals have provided invaluable insights. Even before I became an agent, our conversations about properties I encountered while installing for sale signs laid a strong foundation for my career.
