Highly recommend! I grew up in Fairmont, WV, but haven't lived there since high school. I've known Brian and his family since we were kids, so when it came tiime to sell my parents house, he was the only realtor I wanted to engage. Right after I decided to sell, there was a burst water pipe in the house. Brian quickly helped me get a local contractor to fix that problem as well as a couple other things in the house. He went above and beyond throughout the process and I couldn't have sold the house without his help, especially since I live four hours away. Yes, electronic signatures makes it easier to sell a house remotely, but Brian also answered texts on weekends when necessary and helped me feel more comfortable with the sales process along the way.
