I've known Brian and his family since we were kids, so when it came tiime to sell my parents house, he was the only realtor I wanted to engage. Right after I decided to sell, there was a burst water pipe in the house. Brian quickly helped me get a local contractor to fix that problem as well as a couple other things in the house. He went above and beyond throughout the process and I couldn't have sold the house without his help, especially since I live four hours away. Yes, electronic signatures makes it easier to sell a house remotely, but Brian also answered texts on weekends when necessary and helped me feel more comfortable with the sales process along the way.
