Brian is a top-notch realtor. I have spoken and worked with many and he is by far the best one I have found. Very knowledgeable, works quickly, and is extremely present and helpful during the entire home buying process. My boyfriend and I were buying our first home and were being very calculative and careful, and Brian gave us the best advice for every house we had viewed. We are moving from across the country and he has amazing virtual tour videos as well! The negotiation process was difficult as there are many offers to one house right now, but made sure we got our favorite house no matter what, at the price we wanted to pay! His communication style was very flexiable to what we were comfortable with and made sure to explain everything properly each time. Brian also has many good recommendations for companies associated with the buying process including inspection, insurance brokers, and title companies. We absolutely appreciate everything he has done for us and will be using him as our realtor for any purchases we have in the future!
