ZillowVERIFIEDWe were house hunting for about a year. We had the added challenge of selling our home while looking for a new home. We started late in the season when there wasnt much inventory. Brian sold our home within 30 days but we still couldnt find what we wanted for our new home. So we waited and Brian stuck with us. Brian was there for us, even if it was a last minute call, at just about every house we looked at and there were quite a few. He was outstanding at getting back to us so quickly and setting up appointments for both buying and selling. The home we finally purchased was on the market for only 42 minutes and Brian moved with a tremendous sense of urgency and got us in to see it within 2 hours. Our offer was accepted and we immediately put our home back on the market. Again, Brian sold our home very quickly within 45 days. It was perfect timing. I owe him a great deal of gratitude because of this. He is professional, patient, very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and most of all trustworthy. He treats you like a relative not just a client!
