I have used @Properties services in the past, so I looked for a new agent on their website to help me rent my property and find the right tenant. I could not have achieved the same results on my own using a self-guided platform. Brian took care of every detail from the very beginning, including arranging professional photos and handling all communication with the property management on my behalf. He went above and beyond, answering all of my questions with great communication and fast response times. Despite it being the low season, he was able to rent my condo within just one month of the listing going live, and at the agreed-upon rate. Dont know where to begin and cant say enough of how superb Brian is in his work. Brian Aurelio is in the top 1% of real estate professionals in the state, if not the best. First off, the process was incredibly smooth from the first day we met Brian and then to our closing day. Hes not there to push you into a sale, he doesnt rush anything in the process, and goes at the pace of his respective clients. Simultaneously, Brian is educating his clients, especially first-time home buyers, about every step. His work is very thorough, yet he stays 5 steps ahead of the entire aEURoegameaEUR? to make sure that his clients are getting the best deal possible and being able to answer all questions forthcoming. He treats the entire relationship at a very high professional level for all parties involved. Brian is also honest about when to pursue a property or not pursue a property, hes constantly educating his clients on areas they may not be competent in, and he provides the necessary resources for pre-purchase, pending contract, closing, and post-closing.
