When we found out we were relocating to South Florida, we were thrilled! And then terrified by real estate horror stories: bidding wars, prices skyrocketing, and properties selling for way above asking price. How could we possibly figure this out, as non-local sBri White was our first stepaEUR"we loved how she knew neighborhoods and guided us so much that we just fell in love with her wealth of knowlege and her honesty she answered all our questions and always picked up the phone right away.She was so helpful to us in understanding the process. She was always available to us, day and night (and was so quick to get documents to us during negotiation!) she's an absolute pitbull of a negotator It was a crazy ride, but we were able to buy a beautiful home in our price range and even in the neighborhood we loved the best! We definitely could not have done this without Bri White and her ReMax team and she really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. We hope that we will be in this home for many years to come, but when it is time to move again, we will definitely call Bri White. We recommend her and her Remax team so very highly.

Working with Bri has been a delight. She is very nice and responsive. Out of all of the realtors I contacted on Zillow she was the only one to call me back. She called right away and met me the next day. Once we met and went over properties she took me out to view the homes. We were under contract within a week and she negotiated my home lower to save me $11,000 on the purchase price. I highly recommend Bri because she was so nice to me and I really appreciate everything she has done for me.

Bri White is one of the few agents I have dealt with that will work hard for a renter as she would for any other client. I started working with Bri with the intent to buy, but when student loans became an issue for me to be able to buy where I wanted to live, she had no problem finding a rental for me as I get my finances situated
