I used the USDA RD Direct Loan program and he was extremely knowledgeable about, which was an asset since it is not very commonly used, but is a great program for rural home buyers. He walked me through every step of the home buying process and made sure I understood it thoroughly before moving on to the next step. His communication with me during all the waiting periods was great and gave me peace of mind everything was progressing as it should. I would recommend him to every home buyer.
