Words cant describe how incredible Brett is and a review does not do him justice. We heard about Brett from a friend who would not stop talking about how much this guy knows about real estate and how quickly he could sell our home. They were right. Brett was not only able to sell our house in less than one day, he set the record for our neighborhood of 400 homes to have the highest price per square-footage in the neighborhood now. Brett knows what hes talking about and he will level with you from the very beginning on all of the things you need to do to be able to sell your house in the timeframe you were looking. As long as you listen to him and execute, your house will sell for the price it was listed at. He is very knowledgeable of the market in Hamilton County and surrounding areas.
