We have used Brett and his team twice in the last 3 years. Once to buy our current house then recently to sell our rental property. Both times Brett did a fantastic job! Brett is a one stop shop, he has someone for everything whether its mortgage broker, inspector, pest control etc... Selling our rental, Brett was able to have multiple offers on our house the first day it went on the market. He guided us through the whole process and took care of everything so we barely had to lift a finger. Its worth mentioning that all this was during the first 6 weeks of the Covid-19 crisis. We highly recommend Brett and his team!
