Brett and Kim provide white glove treatment, very knowledgeable about the real-estate market in it's current state and the communication is exactly what one would expect in the home buying process. My wife and I were never left wondering where we were in the process, what was available home wise, or unable to get in touch with Brett and Kim. They spent time upfront discussing expectations, asking lots of questions of us in order to understand what was important to us, and handled buyers that weren't on the same page for what they wanted without missing a step. They were patient and showed us home after home, even when it fell outside of what we said we wanted and they guided us to the home we now have and are in love with.
