Brett is an incredible realtor. On every single occasion, he has met our needs, wants, and goals! In the end, we purchased an incredible house that has everything we were looking for. Specific reasons why working with Brett was incredible: Brett helped us look for houses for a range of 2 years, despite us not being able to make an offer for the first year and a half. He made sure that all paperwork that we needed was done as soon as he could, including times when he was on vacation. He never took a break from what we needed. He is an easy guy to talk to and have back-and-forths. There was not a time that I felt uncomfortable to give him my opinions, as well as him giving us good, reasonable feedback. He always made sure we understood the big picture. He is knowledgable when it comes to checking out a house. There were few times that there was an issue with a house that Brett didnt spot quickly. Brett is an amazing real estate agent. He genuinely cares about his clients. I had listed my house with another agent whose billboards boasted about the number of sells they had every day. I never once felt like my representing agent was interested in helping me sell my house. About 6 months after the listing had expired I listed it with Brett. He worked closely with me, making recommendations about pricing and staging. The listing went live on Friday, and by Sunday night I had a signed offer on my house. But the relationship did not end there. Brett advised me all the way through the inspection, repairs and closing to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible.
