This is particularly helpful because there are many overpriced homes in Denver. Brett was always ready to meet at showings at the last minute, or hop on a quick call. He is very frank about potential issues he sees with houses, which we appreciated. If you work with Brett you will have someone who has your back. We wanted a realtor who closes a lot of deals, because they're very in-tune with the current market dynamics (which change regularly). Besides his professional prowess, he's a good, down-to-earth guy who cares, is passionate about doing a good job, and wants his clients to be happy long-term.
