I would give Brett 6 stars if I could! Incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. This was my first time ever buying a home, and Brett made sure that I knew every little detail I needed- and answered all of my questions ( I had about a thousand ) . During my process I never felt rushed, or pushed to move forward- In fact, Brett helped me qualify OUT some homes in my selection, citing potential problems he spotted or issues that would come down the road that I had not even considered. It means a lot as a Buyer to have a Real Estate Agent that has YOUR interest in mind, and is not just trying to close the deal! When it came time to make a move on "The" house, Brett executed our contracts lightning fast and with finesse. If you want to buy a home, Brett WILL get you in a home! Brett is a master negotiator- I was able to easily describe my wants and he was easily able to craft these things into a formal contract that had incredible results. All in all, Brett & his team get all of my referrals forever- and I will definitely be calling them if I ever want to sell or buy another property. This is who you want to work with!
