ZillowVERIFIEDBrett Kennedy was our R E Agent assisting us in the purchase of our current home after moving from CA to Colorado.The first day we meet him he showed us between 10-12 properties. the second time he showed us another 8 to 10 houses. He was always very courteous, friendly, patient, and helpful.My wife and I narrowed the selection to 2 houses. He took us 3 more times to see the two houses, and the last time our daughter, husband and 2 daughters were with us. Mr. Kennedy answered all our questions, as well as question by our daughter and her husband. Once we decided and selected a house, he put together our offer to the sellers, kept us informed of any responses from the seller. We made our offer below the listing price, the seller made a counter offer that was closed to our offer than the listing price. We accepted the Sellers' counter-offer.Mr. Kennedy was present with us at all the meetings with the Lender, during the inspection of the property by a Home Inspections Company, at a final inspection the day before closing, and at the closing of escrow.Next day we meet with him at the property, we inspected the whole house again. Since we are new in Colorado, Mr. Kennedy gave us names and phone numbers of a handyman, a carpenter, and an electrician, in case we want to make some improvements to our new home.My wife and I feel that he did an excellent job as our agent, and his services were beyond the call of duty.I will definitely recommend him to everyone and will have him as our real estate agent in the future.Patricio Letelier

ZillowVERIFIEDWe were soo very nervous moving to the Denver / Aurora area. From the 1st conversation Brett Kennedy assisted us in brainstorming our want list and piece range. We decided to fly up from Missouri to house hunt a few wks prior to our official Miltary move. Brett sent us several potential listing for us to view prior to our arrival. He was prompt all 3 days of viewing houses. We weren't rushed or pressured to select any particular home. Throughout the entire process Brett maintained open lines of communication and answered any question that arose. This was our 1st experience with a realtor and the bar has been set quite high. We appreciated his honesty and his continued willingness to locate us a place to call our own. Would definitely recommend.
