We hit the jackpot when Austin became our realtor. My parents are moving from another state and lived in the same house for almost 50 years. Because of the huge change they kept getting cold feet. Austin was so patient with them. He made sure we understood the buying process step by step. In no way was he pushy. He understood that this might be a hard decision for them and was incredibly considerate and sympathetic with them and didnt feel like he was just there to get a paycheck. Austin was available at all times for our random annoying questions and immediately responded. He was so kind and made my parents feel so much better with the buying process. Once a home was found he made sure we got the best possible price and made sure some issues were taken care of in the house before closing. Austin updated us every single step of the way. He offered suggestions on lenders and inspectors but did not push us to use the people he suggested. We actually went ahead and used them and they were great also. Austin Jones was my very first realtor, and in all honesty, it happened on a whim. While browsing through Zillow, I attempted to schedule a viewing and Austin responded to my request. He asked for a call, walked me through the process of what I should look at when browsing a new home. I explained my situation of being in the military and having to rely on my relatives capability to explore the homes physically and he held my hand through the entire process as I expressed my reluctance. Knowing he was there along the way, reassured me of my decision to purchase my first home at such a young, uninformed age. He taught me quite a bit about the entire process and he answered every question of mine swiftly and with keen attention to detail. Trust and believe, I asked a lot of questions. Austin has a true charisma about him that comforts you, he introduced himself in a professional manner and maintained a friendly yet professional attitude throughout every transaction.
