Brett was very friendly and easy to work with. He managed time to work around my schedule and quick in getting info on the properties that I had interest in. Once I found the desired home, he handled all the paperwork, negotiated with the sellers on repairs on the house that saved my thousands of dollars. Brett made my first home buying experience both easy and memorable. I can confidently say that my girlfriend and I (mostly her) were probably some of his most high maintenance clients, but he would always drop whatever he was doing and accommodate us. He had the patience of a saint and every time we wanted to give up, he'd come up with options out of nowhere like a wizard. His knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and ability to make a stressful situation enjoyable is what I will remember more than any of the houses that we looked at.
