I am a very motivated investor and I was looking to get info on 2 properties. I needed a high level fair market value analysis and if possible, a couple of pictures of the properties to quickly turn around and place back on MLS. Sandy Ellis said it would take a couple of days to get the info I required. A couple of days became a full week. After 2 attempts to contact her failed, I simply found another realtor who was motivated to get the job done. I dont know if Ms. Elllis was not interested, unmotivated, or simply lazy, but my business will be conducted elsewhere.
