Brett Barrick

Brett is a licensed real estate salesperson at Coldwell Banker Penn One. Brett joined his mother's business to focus on residential real estate sales after many years of practicing law, in both the private and public sectors and acting as in-house counsel for a manufacturer. Brett maintains Active status of his Pennsylvania Attorney's License and Associate status on his Virginia Law License. In a business where contracts are critical, Brett's clients value his legal experience. As a resident of Lewisburg, PA, since 1972, he has the local knowledge of Central Pennsylvania which his clients desire. Having closed many real estate transactions in his days engaged in the private practice of law, he knows how to help his clients' transactions close without issue.
