Jon at the Cole Esrchrich Group is simply the best. We have worked with him twice and recommend him to all of our friends who are looking for or selling a house in the Eugene area. He is incredibly patient with families who are trying to make difficult life/ financial decisions. He is honest in his assessment of property and does not try to hard sell his buyers into making an offer on a home that is not the right fit. He is a great communicator and is available 24/7. He is able to get all of the things fixed quickly following an inspection (one of the more stressful things in terms of selling a house). We trust him completely and, more important, he is a kind and decent man who cares about the people he works with. We've dealt with a lot of realtors over the years, but Jon has them all beat.

Caroline went above and beyond our expectations before and after the purchase - particularly as a remote buyer. In addition to working with the seller's agent, Caroline scheduled and reviewed required repairs prior to completing the purchase. After the purchase she provided access to the home to firms we contacted for bids on our remodeling projects. She observed their review of the space, and provided her opinion on these firms and their approach to the projects. Her observations and opinion were extremely valuable on selecting our contractor.
