Brent was great! After I completed the sale of a house in another state, where he helped me find a realtor, he worked with me to find two houses for my daughters and worked with me to stay within the bounds of my limitations and within the rules of a 1031 exchange. Brent came highly recommended by my mom and she was right. He is timely, professional, and very much on top of everything. He was always quick to respond to my texts or emails, and would follow up on things until we had the answer we needed. Had it not been for the seller's choice to wait it out until the last day of the contract, our process would have been just over two weeks from start to finish. Brent did the inspection for me, as I was in court for work, and he reviewed it with me afterwards. He assisted me in getting seller credit for some of the minor things we uncovered, and even some money from the seller's agent for cleaning, since she was unable to do so prior to moving out. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, prompt, and professional, Brent is your guy.
