I cannot give Brendan high enough praise for the great job he did in helping us purchase our home. This was the fourth time I've gone through the home buying process and have never had an agent do such a thorough job. While agents I've had in the past would rush through the process, Brendan took time to thoroughly review documents with me and to answer any questions or concerns that I had. While buying a home can be a very stressful process Brendan was able to navigate all of the challenges for us so we didn't have to worry about anything. He was very patient in showing us homes and didn't rush us into any decision. Brendan very clearly understands real estate very well. Overall Brendan is not only extremely professional but also very conscientious of his clients needs. Highly recommend!

Brendan was great! We moved to the area about 2 years ago due to change in work. We originally rented so we could familiarize ourself with the area. About a year ago we we decided we loved the area and wanted to find a house of our own. Unfortunately the market was crazy, but Brendan was awesome about everything. We would find a home we liked and Brendan would have us a showing date/time almost immediately. Brendan was always on time to every showing and helped provide insights on the house. We really appreciated him looking the house over and pointing out things we may have missed. He was also very responsive, it was easy to text him a question or request and he would get back to us right away. Brendan was very patient with us while we searched for our home over the last year. Once we were in contract, he did an amazing job coordinating with the sellers and ensuring our paperwork went smoothly. All of our closing responsibilities and inspections were setup for us and executed without any worries from our end.Brendan was great, eager to help us out, and most importantly responsive to our questions and request. I never had to worry, I know he was taking care of everything!

Brendan is simply amazing. He is patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, supportive, and positive. He makes sure you as his client know the process and what to expect each step of the way. He is always on your side and makes sure you feel comfortable with each step of the home buying process.During our home buying adventure Brendan was so patient with us sending Zillow links, setting up showings and accommodating our schedules. During showings, he made sure to point out potential issues or things to be aware of/ask about in the home/yard. He contacted us often to check in, supported us with getting documents together, and when we decided to make an offer on our dream home, he fought hard for us and made sure to be in constant contact with the sellers agent. He also took it upon himself to have uncomfortable conversations on our behalf (which is SO appreciated). We closed on our home in December of 2020 and we are extremely grateful to Brendan for all his hard work. I will recommend Brendan to all my friends and family.
