Kurt is an AMAZING realtor. Not only did he help us find a house, but he did so mostly while we were in a different state! He took amazing videos of every house we were interested in, which really helped us get a better feel for the house from afar. We had been looking for the perfect house in another region online for quite some time, and then one popped up that suited us down to the ground. However, it was 1200 miles away from us, and an open house was coming up in just 2 hours. We called Kurt and said "Could you go to the house before the opening and do a video walk-through for us. We might make an offer today." I'm sure Kurt was thinking, "Saturday morning, rush to a house, do a video walk-through, and make an offer?" I half expected him to think it was a prank call, but he obliged, made the offer and we got the house. That was the easy bit. Being 1200 miles away, Kurt offered to be our man on the ground before we could move in. He was awesome. He knew all of the tradespeople we needed and kept an eye on things before we arrived. If you are buying a house in the area, Kurt is your guy for sure.
