Working with Brenda was one of the best decisions we made as first time home buyers and sellers! Brenda helped us find our beautiful home in Glenwood Springs as first time, VA Loan, home buyers. She listened to us every step of the way and guided us from the home showings to the inspections and through the final home purchase. She even followed up after we were settled in to make sure all was going well! When it came time to sell our home we didnt even question it, we asked Brenda and she happily accepted. She made selling our home a breeze! She guided us with everything to expect, set up our listing and showings wonderfully, and all around our buay schedules! She makes sure to take care of you and not let anything slip by or fall upon the client. She will ensure all Ts are crossed and Is are dotted. When it came time to buy our most recent home we were dissapointed that Brenda couldnt be the agent, as were too far now, but her recommended agent was just as wonderful!
